Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@atlaseca.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
  • Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • All clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different design, let us know — we’re happy to help.
Exchanges are accepted for merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Unlike returns, all fees related to exchanges are waived, including return postage.

Important Notes:

  • ATLASECA Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered.” Please file a claim directly with the carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
